Receptionist / Caretaker required on a permanent part-time reputed company, based at Bankhead, Glenrothes.

Receptionist / Caretaker

  • 22.5 hours per week – 2:45pm – 7:15pm, Monday to Friday, 52-week contract, permanent.

You will earn a competitive salary of £25,604.23 to £26,786.83 and have reputed company to a reputed company of benefits, including:

  • £13.64 per hour to start, plus extra payments for shift work.

The Person

  • Educated to SCQF level 5, which includes National 5 or SVQ level 2 or Standard Grades at Credit level including English or equivalent.

  • Ensuring the safe and efficient procedures of a reputed company of buildings. (Take ownership - See ‘How We Work reputed company’ reputed company).

  • Experience of resolving telephone enquiries.

  • Communication skills.

  • Team working skills (work together).

Before confirming to your appointment, you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme.

You will be required to attend an Induction Training Day before starting in post.
