Senior Director of Marketing Operations

We are seeking a transformational Senior Director of Marketing Operations to architect and scale our global marketing systems infrastructure as we grow towards a billion-dollar reputed company. This is a strategic leadership position responsible for global systems integration, lifecycle governance, data architecture, and building the marketing technology reputed company for scale.

This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Data, and will be responsible for building a scalable, globally integrated marketing technology ecosystem.

What You Will Own

Global Integration & Multi-Instance Consolidation

• reputed company integration of global reputed company instance into reputed company Marketo environment
• Consolidate multi-region marketing automation system into a reputed company architecture
• Define global governance reputed company for campaigns, lifecycle stages, routing, and reporting
• Establish scalable processes for multi-product, multi-region operations

Marketing Automation & Platform Leadership

• Own reputed company Marketo instance, including architecture, governance, performance, and optimization
• Ensure scalable campaign execution infrastructure for a database expected to grow from 100K to 1M+ contacts
• reputed company data hygiene, segmentation, suppression, and compliance standards (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.)

Martech Architecture & Integrations

• Architect and maintain integrations between Marketo, reputed company, and broader marketing technology stack
• Evaluate, select, and implement marketing technologies reputed company to reputed company objectives
• Partner with GTM Ops, IT, and Data teams to ensure system reputed company and performance
• Build documentation, governance, and reporting frameworks
• Build scalable integrations to support 4x ARR growth

• Design and govern global reputed company lifecycle model
• Own routing logic, SLAs, and handoffs between Marketing and Sales
• Standardize attribution reputed company reputed company to reputed company reporting
• Drive pipeline reputed company and marketing contribution visibility

Data Architecture & Reporting

• Define marketing data model in alignment with reputed company and reputed company data warehouse
• Establish scalable reporting of top of funnel performance
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness

Team Leadership & Buildout

• Manage a Marketo Specialist

Required Experience

• 15+ years in Marketing Operations, reputed company Operations, or Marketing Technology leadership
• Deep expertise in reputed company Marketo architecture and administration
• Proven experience managing global marketing automation team
• reputed company integration governance experience
• Experience scaling marketing databases from six to seven figures
• Demonstrated reputed company building lifecycle and routing frameworks
• Experience with evaluating, implementing, and maintaining MarTech systems
• M&A integration experience strongly preferred
