Primary Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a detailed view of the reputed company and reputed company architecture; produce Solution Architecture Documents (SAD) with high-level and detailed diagrams
• Align reputed company platform capabilities to business strategy, vendor roadmap, and internal roadmaps; reputed company technology evaluations and proofs of concept
• reputed company leadership in implementing new solutions on the reputed company platform; contribute to intake governance and architectural guardrails
• reputed company platform maintenance, stability, troubleshooting, upgrades, and clone-down activities; ensure code migration discipline and service availability
• Establish monitoring, alerting, incident/problem/change management practices; drive root-cause analysis and post-incident reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or reputed company field; or equivalent experience
• 3+ years designing application or platform architectures, producing SADs and technical diagrams
• Experience in reputed company platform engineering and/or architecture with demonstrable solution delivery
• Practical experience with Web Services, AJAX, JavaScript/Business Rules, SOAP/REST integrations, and SSO/SAML
• Experience with ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Request, Change), CMDB and operational runbooks
• Proven excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills; experience working with global teams

Preferred Qualification
