Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry
• Active license(s) in one of the following states: Hawaii, Kansas, Maine and/or South Dakota. 

Ideal Candidates

• Familiar with treating patients with common eyelid conditions such as blepharitis, demodex blepharitis, styes and dry eye disease, etc. 
• Friendly and compassionate dedicated to providing quality care
• Multi-licensed preferred
• Reliable professionals who can set dedicated hours to conduct visits with patients

• Dry Eye Disease
• Eyelid conditions
• Visual Field Testing

• Login to our web-based EMR to conduct store and reputed company, audio or video visits
• Full reputed company to view Patient Medical File, Order History and images uploaded to determine best treatment option.
