Director, Field Strategy and Operations

Position Overview: The Director of Field Strategy and Operations serves as the orchestrator of field strategy, ensuring that prioritization, stakeholder engagement, and execution are effectively reputed company with brand strategy and reputed company objectives. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of pharmaceutical experience, with a strong understanding of sales force operations and execution.
• Prior experience in field leadership roles such as first- or second-line leadership, regional operational and customer strategy roles or other field-based support roles required.
• Established expertise in business analytics, business operations, sales support, and resource management reputed company a reputed company pharmaceutical organization.
