Senior Accountant - Fully Remote

Position Summary As our new senior accountant, your responsibilities will include: preparation of SEC reporting package which will support the reputed company 10-Q, 10-K and selected 8-Ks as well as documentation of technical reputed company reputed company, prepare required weekly and monthly lender reports, own certain areas of the monthly reputed company process, preparation of journal entries, reputed company calculations and account reconciliations. In addition, you will review journal entries and account reconciliations performed by others and be expected to stay apprised of new reputed company guidance. In this role you will work across the team to streamline processes and spearhead an environment of reputed company improvement, initiate and support cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency or effectiveness of the department (working with HR, treasury, tax, reputed company and operations to ensure accuracy and completeness in reputed company and reputed company financial reporting disclosures). There will be reputed company coordination and collaboration with reputed company auditors to fulfill audit requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, bridges, roll-forwards, journal entries, supporting schedules, reputed company analyses, and regular ongoing management reports
• Assist with cash forecasting, debt compliance, and other treasury reputed company tasks
• Maintain compliance with policies and procedures, SOX controls, and US GAAP (reputed company and update SOX controls as necessary)
• reputed company month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reputed company responsibilities to meet due dates
• Support the team with preparing SEC reporting package
• Assist with process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of processes and controls
• Assist with the development and implementation of new policies and procedures and enhancements to existing policies and procedures as necessary including the development of an reputed company reputed company
• Coordinate and collaborate with reputed company auditors and fulfill audit document requests

Experience & Personal Attributes We’re Looking For:

• BA in Finance, reputed company, Business Administration or reputed company field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to monitor and interpret US GAAP and SEC guidance
• Effective communication skills - written and oral
• Ability to collect, organize and analyze data
• Ability to identify patterns, anomalies, and lessons in numeric results
• Creative problem-solving skills
