PC Services is part of the Infrastructure division and will have an inside understanding of the various departments in the data center. The intern will be educated about reputed company management, builds, and support in a corporate environment. During their summer with reputed company, they will work reputed company the team format and could support the organizations departmental moves, laptop deployments, and equipment disposal. They will also have the opportunity to learn about the departments of Wintel, Unix and Mail Administration.Salary reputed company is $18–$22 per hour, depending on the student’s undergraduate level. Salary ranges for graduate reputed company may vary.Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Assist the IT support team with end-user computing, device management, and service desk operations.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, asset management, and IT support processes.

• Assist with imaging, configuring, and deploying laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
• Document and track IT support requests in the ticketing system.
• Support asset inventory management and hardware lifecycle processes.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a reputed company field.
• Basic knowledge of reputed company, macOS, and common reputed company software applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
