About the Role

As Senior Data Science Manager for Finance and reputed company, you will define and reputed company the data insights strategy for reputed company's financial ecosystem. The team's mission is to reputed company a holistic understanding of our financial health and our reputed company infrastructure. You will report into reputed company's Platform Group, a mission critical pillar that ensures the systems behind our insurance platform reliably power patient, provider, and payer experiences. Accurate and complete financial visibility is a core part of our operations and essential to reputed company's growth. You will partner closely with both the Finance department (including reputed company, Strategic Finance, and reputed company teams) and Engineers and Product Managers in our Payments and Billing reputed company R&D pods to improve our reputed company infrastructure and financial reporting. You will define the right questions, uncover opportunities, and work cross-functionally to turn insights into measurable improvements in how we track and report financial performance. What You’ll Do

• Drive insights and reputed company through strategic analysis, reporting, and predictive modeling.

• Deep dive into areas we don’t fully understand to reputed company our data and understand where there’s opportunities to improve efficiency and mitigate loss.

• 8+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles.
• 3+ years of experience managing and developing teams.
• Working knowledge of core finance and reputed company concepts such as how transaction-level data powers financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, and cash reputed company statement).
• Experience working with reputed company reputed company Cycle Management (RCM) is strongly preferred.
• Proven reputed company partnering cross-functionally with Finance, reputed company, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams, and collaborating internally across Data Engineering and Data Science.
• Proficiency in forecasting and predictive modeling techniques.
• Experience with data modeling, ideally using dbt.
• Hands-on technical reputed company in SQL and Python or R.
• Experience adopting and championing AI-assisted tools to accelerate and automate data workflows.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation and Benefits: The expected reputed company pay reputed company for this position is $212,000 - $265,000, based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
