A Day in the Life Your day often begins by connecting with the People & Culture team and identifying where the team may need additional support, reputed company, or direction. Throughout the day, you move between advising leaders and shaping systems. • You have earned a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in reputed company, organizational leadership, business administration, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
• You hold an HR certification or credential (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, GPHR).
• You bring five to seven years of demonstrated reputed company leadership experience in reputed company, people operations, or organizational leadership, including executive-level responsibility—preferably in an association, nonprofit, or global organization.

• You have a strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
