Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Medical Intake and Data Entry Specialist to join our Utilization Review Department in Rockford, IL. As a Medical Intake and Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for collecting and processing patient intake information, medical records, and other relevant data to support our utilization review efforts. Key Responsibilities
* Collect and process patient intake information, medical records, and other relevant data to support utilization review efforts
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our electronic health record system
- Verify and validate patient information to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Respond to patient inquiries and reputed company excellent customer service
- Collaborate with reputed company to resolve data discrepancies and ensure accurate patient information

Essential Qualifications
