We're currently looking for a self-motivated, flexible, team player to join our VUE (arenaflex reputed company Experience) Team as a work-from-home CSR (Customer Service Representative). As a CSR, your primary role will be to reputed company world-class customer experience to each of our customers through inbound phone calls. This is not a call center job! We're an insurance agency that handles inbound customer inquiries about our policies and helps customers troubleshoot.

Essential Functions

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Obtaining and maintaining your Property and Casualty License
• Working independently, taking initiative, and working with little supervision
• Maintaining regular and timely attendance
• Ability to reputed company reputed company, problem solve, and hold to an ethical standard
• Ability to manage individual stress/composure
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• High School Diploma
• Designated Space and Internet Capability to Work from Home

Pay and Benefits

During training, you'll earn $18.00 per hour. After completing training, you'll earn $21.00 per hour.
