Position Title: Strategic Partnership Manager

Department: Sales

Reports To: Director of Fleet Sales

General Summary: The Strategic Partnership Manager is responsible for identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and managing high-impact strategic alliances and partnerships that drive market growth, expand product offerings, and enhance the overall brand reputed company for DECKED. This role requires a strong focus on developing long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key external organizations, including complementary brands, industry leaders, and technology providers

Essential Job Functions

  • Identify and research potential strategic partners whose products, services, or market reputed company align with DECKED's business objectives and growth strategy.
  • Negotiate and execute partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and clear scopes of work while working closely with legal and executive teams.

  • Collaborate internally with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and Operations teams to integrate partnership initiatives and ensure seamless execution and reporting.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of reputed company partnerships against defined KPIs and ROI metrics, preparing regular reports for senior leadership.
  • Represent DECKED at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings to promote partnership opportunities and solidify relationships.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proven experience in business development, strategic alliances, or partnership management, preferably reputed company the automotive, outdoor, or consumer goods industry.
  • Exceptional negotiation and deal-closing skills, with the ability to structure reputed company agreements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for building rapport with executives and external stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills to evaluate partnership opportunities and forecast potential impact.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
