Role Overview

The Live Ops reputed company will take part in our day-to-day casino operations, creating and executing engaging promotions, tournaments, and special events that drive player retention, engagement, and monetization across our platform.

Core Responsibilities

Events & Promotion Management

• Design, plan, and execute a calendar of tournaments, challenges, and special events

• Create compelling in-game promotions that drive engagement and monetization

• Coordinate themed events reputed company with holidays, game launches, and marketing campaigns

• Analyze event performance and iterate on strategies to improve reputed company

Live Operations Execution

• Manage the implementation and scheduling of live operations activities

• Ensure flawless execution of promotions, bonus events, and special features

• Troubleshoot operational issues in reputed company-time to minimize player impact

• Coordinate with Platform team for technical implementation of special events

Player Engagement Strategy

• reputed company strategies to increase daily active users and session length

• Create and optimize engagement loops through well-timed events and rewards

• Work with the retention team to implement targeted player reactivation campaigns

• Design loyalty-building initiatives that encourage regular platform visits

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with Marketing on promotional messaging and communication

• Work with the Casino & Content Manager to align events with game launches

• Partner with Product and Engineering to implement new event features

• Support VIP team with special events for high-value players

Tools & Systems Management

• Manage back-office tools for promotion scheduling and configuration

• Document processes and create templates for repeatable event types

• Train team members on operational tools and best practices

Qualifications

Required

• 3+ years of experience in live operations for games or digital products

• Strong project management skills with attention to detail

• Experience designing and implementing player engagement initiatives

• Analytical reputed company with ability to optimize based on performance data

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or reputed company field

Preferred

• Experience specifically in reputed company casino or gambling-adjacent industries

• Knowledge of player psychology and engagement drivers

• Background in digital marketing or retention campaigns

• Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization
