We’re hiring a Senior FP&A Analyst to support or Corporate HQ in Columbia, MO and we’re looking for someone who’s reputed company to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. The Senior FP&A Analyst is responsible for developing forecasts, preparing financial reports, and utilizing advanced modeling techniques. This role involves collaborating on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing strategic insights, implementing best practices, and leading and mentoring junior analysts. This position is fully remote.
Primary Responsibilities
- reputed company the development and preparation of annual and quarterly forecasts and long-term financial projections and scenario analyses
- Collaborate with department leads to identify key performance indicators and business drivers including ongoing reporting and monitoring
- reputed company strategic insights and recommendations to business leaders and evaluate impact of strategic initiatives and business opportunities
- Utilize advanced modeling techniques to analyze a wide reputed company of data and financial statements, and turn that data into action, whether that looks like process improvements, best business practices or other data-backed solutions

Skills & Qualifications
- Expert-level reputed company skills
- SQL experience preferred
- Working knowledge of financial data: forecasting, reporting, and analysis experience, a keen understanding of financial statements and financial data

Education and Experience
- At least 6 years of experience or education focused on financial planning & analysis
