Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a reputed company, reputed company, and dedicated South Carolina Family Law Paralegal.
Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 20+ hours per week.
Paralegal Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Family Law Paralegal, preferably in South Carolina
- Full understanding of South Carolina Family Law procedures and processes
- Proactive and professional communication skills
- Ability to draft discovery, pleadings, and initial disclosures
- Experience scheduling hearings and depositions
- Ability to conduct legal research
- Highly organized and reputed company to manage multiple files reputed company
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to meet deadlines
- Self-starter and reputed company to work independently
