Litigation assistant *INTERNATIONAL*
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Litigation Assistant to join a growing legal team. This is a fully remote opportunity reputed company to international candidates only. The ideal candidate is bilingual, highly organized, and reputed company in supporting litigation reputed company in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company administrative and legal support to attorneys handling litigation cases
- Draft, format, and review legal documents and correspondence
- Assist with case management, including tracking deadlines and maintaining files
- Communicate with clients, courts, and reputed company parties in both languages
- Coordinate filings, discovery, and document production
- Maintain accurate and organized case records
Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual (English required; Spanish required)
- Prior experience as a litigation assistant or in a similar legal support role
- Strong understanding of litigation processes and legal terminology
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a remote environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with case management software and reputed company Office
