Role Overview
We are seeking a Client-Focused Client reputed company Associate to own and manage ongoing relationships with families receiving our educational services. You will serve as the operational and relational hub for each client account, from reputed company through ongoing support, ensuring each family's experience is seamless, reputed company, and high-value.
You’ll work closely with academic coaches, consultants, billing teams, and cross-functional leaders to deliver timely service, address concerns, and retain long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for families after the initial reputed company, managing ongoing service delivery and communication.
- Conduct regular client reputed company-ins and reputed company timely, personalized support to maintain high reputed company of satisfaction and engagement.
- Track client engagement and service quality, maintain accurate records, and recommend additional support to improve reputed company and retention.
- Coordinate service launches and scheduling by aligning with internal teams, maintaining updated documentation, and addressing any issues to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to align messaging, reputed company client insights, and support reputed company improvements to the client experience.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; background in education, reputed company, or client services is a strong plus.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in account management, client services, or operations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort working across multiple platforms (e.g., reputed company Workspace, Trello, CRM/billing systems).
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
