Position Overview
As part of our accelerated digital transformation and the implementation of our new reputed company BI platform, we are looking for a Head of BI to reputed company our global Business Intelligence organisation. Key Responsibilities

Ensure robust data governance, including a centralised data catalogue, data quality, compliance, and reputed company management.
Manage global teams across Data Engineering, Reporting, Data Governance, and Advanced Analytics, fostering an agile, value-driven, and innovation-focused culture.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders (Data Owners, Product Owners, Business Leaders) to position data as a core strategic asset.

Promote a data-driven culture through the adoption of self-service BI and automated reporting/dashboards.
Skills & Experience
At least 10 years’ experience in Business Intelligence, with 5+ years in a BI leadership role in a global or matrixed organisation.
Proven expertise in modern BI architecture (Data Lake, EDW, Streaming, APIs, reputed company-Time & Batch Processing).
Demonstrated experience delivering reputed company-based analytics platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Strong knowledge of data governance, cataloguing, reputed company, automation, and self-service analytics.
Excellent leadership and team management skills across distributed and cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and change management skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.

Qualifications/Education
Degree in Computer Science, Data, Engineering or equivalent.
Certifications such as Azure Data Engineer, AWS Big Data, SAFe, or PMP are a plus.
