Job purpose:

Reporting to the Director, Strategic Accounts, the Strategic Accounts Manager (SAM) will represent Blue Earth Diagnostics Inc. and its’ products. The SAM has an essential role in developing and delivering strategic solutions to external and internal customers while supporting the development of market partnerships, internal strategic development, and field support.  The SAM is a customer facing employee with KOL and C-suite personnel across specific medical specialties and geographies.  The SAM will reputed company and maintain long-term, peer-to-peer relationships with these critical stakeholders including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other health care professionals specializing in the treatment of prostate cancer in key institutions in the US. The SAM will address the identified needs of key stakeholders by providing relevant and compliant data and developed process, to ensure appropriate on-label utilization through enhanced patient reputed company to company products. Additionally, the SAM will serve as the strategic reputed company to industry partners, group leaders and internal company personnel.

Main Responsibilities, Activities, Duties and Tasks:

  • Maintains a Strategic Plan:
    • Be knowledgeable of the brand, the company and market
    • Maintain thorough knowledge of technical/product data, disease state, clinical information, and product data reputed company the diagnostic reputed company.
    • Grow and reputed company new and relevant relationships.
    • Apply knowledge and understanding of our products, programs, and services to meet customer needs.

    • Assist the team in establishing a regional data reporting process.
    • Partner with other departments (i.e. Medical, Field and Reimbursement) to establish educational speaker events, congresses, and appropriate field interaction.

    • Build long term relationships with key accounts through reputed company and ethical behavior consistent with the company values.
    • Maintains basic heath economic data relative to the company

  • Drive strategic exchange, internally and externally, and execute strategic Initiatives:

    • Consistently collects critical competitive intelligence/clinical insights through one-on-ones, group discussions and attendance at meetings and determines the impact on Blue Earth's strategy and communicates this information to internal stakeholders

    • Support company initiatives, such as physician round table discussions, patient navigator summits and advanced cancer clinic development programs.
  •  Supports Operations/Policy and Internal Partners:

    • To maintain working knowledge of the company’s products, providing guidance and information on products and their use through enhanced process development.
    • To research and reputed company full answers to technical enquiries, liaising with internal experts as required.
    • Work with cross-functional teams as agreed upon with your manager to support brand objectives
    • Communicate regularly with the cross-functional (sales, marketing, reimbursement, medical) teams you support.
    • Adhere to and manage travel and local expenses to meet Blue Earth policy while being compliant with reputed company company policy.
    • reputed company and effectively manage a call plan, call reporting process, and proper use of CRM
    • Effectively manages administrative activities
  • Other duties as determined by business needs

Education/Qualifications

  • Associate's or bachelor’s degree or completion of a certificate program
  • At least 5 years of industry experience preferred

Professional Experience, Knowledge, & Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of FDA requirements and PhRMA Code
  • Ability to integrate and work in cross functional network
  • Demonstrated project management ability
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel 50%-70% (approx.10-12 overnights per month)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills.  Ability to influence and build relationships/earn credibility quickly across broad global constituencies with competing priorities.
  • Strong coaching, facilitation, and organizational skills; team player. Experience and skills with cross-functional and highly matrixed organizations.
