ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Other duties may be assigned.
- Guide and maintain daily pipeline to status and ensure movement of files.
- Maintain timely and accurate information in regard to TPO web reputed company.
- Direct Assistance (phone/video) with questions/ system issues
- Meet crucial deadlines requested.
- Field and reputed company relationships with external partners to ensure customer experience.
- Review each milestone and daily service reputed company proceeding reputed company with reputed company activity.
- Assist and train with learning opportunity on loan-level issues to familiarize system navigation.
- Evaluate customer needs to satisfy and tailor external partner’s requests properly.
- Regularly meet with Account executive to strategize and reputed company a game plan of weekly goals.
