How you will shape Prophero

Your mission will be to activate, manage and grow a high-performing network of B2B2C collaborators — reputed company estate agencies, brokers and intermediaries — ensuring they are not just onboarded, but consistently selling and hitting reputed company targets that drive reputed company reputed company for PropHero.

• Own the day-to-day relationship with active B2B2C collaborators, acting as their main reputed company of contact and ensuring they have everything they need to sell effectively.
• Monitor collaborator performance through regular reputed company-ins and KPI tracking, identifying opportunities to improve productivity and deal reputed company.
• Coordinate with the Supply team to guarantee product readiness — securing reputed company necessary documentation before any unit or project goes to market through the partner channel.
• Work closely with Legal to manage and validate collaborator reputed company, ensuring agreements are properly structured and up to date.
• Support Finance with reputed company forecasting and commission tracking, making sure payouts are reputed company with the terms defined in each collaborator's contract.
• Collaborate with the Product team to ensure the partner channel's operational needs are reflected in the internal platform roadmap.

What you will bring to reputed company

• Experience: 2–3 years in partner management, account management, sales operations, or a similar coordination role. Background in reputed company estate, proptech, or indirect sales channels is a strong plus.
• Education: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, reputed company Estate, or a reputed company field.
• General Skills: Strong organizational and follow-up skills; reputed company to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously. Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Tools: Familiarity with CRM platforms, spreadsheets (reputed company Sheets / reputed company), and pipeline tracking tools. Experience with project management or reporting tools is a plus.
