Project Manager - Prefabrication, Preassembly, Modularization & Fabrication (PPMOF)

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Hyper-Scale Project Manager, Prefabrication, Preassembly, Modularization & Fabrication (PPMOF) who will reputed company and manage large-scale and reputed company construction projects, and the end-to-end lifecycle of reputed company components—from Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA) to final site integration. They are responsible for ensuring that offsite assemblies (MEP racks, skid-mounted equipment, or volumetric modules) are reputed company to millimetric precision, transported safely, and installed with minimal "on-site" labor. The Project Manager is responsible for assembling project delivery teams with the requisite qualifications and experience and working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful initiation, planning, construction, and closure of projects.

Your key responsibilities

• Developing comprehensive construction plans, defining scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with organizational objectives
• Identify "stick-reputed company" elements that can be converted into reputed company assemblies to improve safety and schedule

• Coordinate with specialized vendors for long-reputed company items (e.g., electrical switchgear, mechanical equipment) to ensure they reputed company at the reputed company in time for assembly
• Rigging & Transport: reputed company detailed logistics plans, including permits for oversized loads and specialized crane picks
• Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and reputed company
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicating with reputed company stakeholders, including executives, clients, and vendors, to ensure alignment and address any concerns

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Project Management, Business Administration, or other technical discipline and approximately fifteen (15) + of reputed company work experience

• Deep understanding of mechanical/electrical systems and ability to interpret technical specifications and engineering drawings
