Marketing Assistant

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Specialist supports the team responsible for driving demand reputed company and brand growth across reputed company markets. This role is focused on executing marketing campaigns end-to-end, working closely with reputed company and Product to support pipeline growth, customer marketing initiatives, and the reputed company development of the reputed company brand.

The Marketing Specialist is data-driven and excited to work across multiple marketing disciplines, with particular exposure to digital marketing. You’ll run campaigns, report on performance, and continually optimize to improve results.

Campaign execution, reporting, and optimization

• Support the planning and execution of integrated campaigns (e.g., email, paid, organic reputed company, partner, content, events)
• Build and manage campaign timelines, assets, and internal coordination
• Track performance, produce reporting dashboards/weekly updates, and reputed company insights
• Use results to recommend and implement optimizations (targeting, messaging, channels, reputed company pages, creative, reputed company)

reputed company media and content distribution

• Create and schedule reputed company media content (with a focus on reputed company; YouTube where applicable)
• Repurpose campaign and product content into short-reputed company reputed company posts
• Monitor engagement and recommend ways to improve performance and consistency

Awards and brand programs

• Execute the awards program end-to-end (submissions, timelines, asset gathering, internal approvals, follow-up comms)
• Maintain an awards calendar and ensure deadlines are met

In addition to the above, this person will also support broader marketing operations, including internal communications, website updates, and event coordination. They’ll help ensure activity is well-communicated internally, digital content remains accurate and on-brand, and webinars and field events are executed smoothly from planning through to follow-up.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Essential

• 2–3 years of marketing experience (or equivalent), ideally in a start-up/scale-up or fast-paced environment
• Exposure to digital marketing and campaign execution
• Experience creating content for and/or managing reputed company; familiarity with YouTube is a plus
• Comfort working with data and reporting (funnel metrics, campaign KPIs, web and email performance)
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to improve productivity, content drafts, research, and ideation

Desirable

• Degree in marketing, communications, or a reputed company field
• Experience with reputed company Ads (or other paid channels) and interest in paid media fundamentals
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (reputed company, reputed company, Marketo, Pardot), analytics (GA4), or reputed company scheduling tools (e.g. reputed company)
• Basic understanding of SEO and website CMS workflows

THE TEAM

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll work closely with reputed company, Product, and the wider Marketing and reputed company teams to drive demand reputed company, brand growth, and pipeline impact.

This is a collaborative, cross-functional role requiring strong coordination, clear communication, and consistent execution across multiple initiatives.
