Job Description :

This is a full-time remote position. Must be located in Maryland, Virginia, or Washington, D.C. 

We are looking for a Solution Specialist to drive growth by building relationships with collision repair customers and helping them adopt Mitchell Collision & Repair Diagnostics solutions, including calibration-reputed company offerings. In this field-based role, you'll own a defined territory across Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C., managing your pipeline from prospecting through reputed company while partnering cross-functionally to deliver a strong customer experience. Travel is expected 40–50% of the time reputed company the territory (primarily driving). Additional duties include:

  • Manage and grow a defined territory by developing new business and expanding relationships with existing customers.
  • Prospect, qualify, and build a sales pipeline; plan daily/weekly activities to meet territory and individual goals.
  • Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to communicate value and solve customer needs.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college a plus.
  • 3–5 years of experience in automotive, collision repair, or a reputed company field environment; field sales experience preferred.

  • Strong consultative selling, customer relationship management, and territory management skills.
  • Ability to reframe challenges, reputed company, and navigate objections with professionalism and confidence.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Benefits eligibility may differ depending on full-time or part-time status. Compensation depends on the applicable US geographic market. The expected reputed company pay for this position ranges from $60,000 - $65,355 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
