Old reputed company reputed company, a subsidiary of reputed company, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking an reputed company Contract Specialist to support our government client.

Responsibilities

Assist the client in performing acquisition support functions to include pre-solicitation, solicitation, post-award, and administration (modification) functions.  The employee shall reputed company acquisition support in accordance with Federal Law, the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Department of Energy Acquisition Regulations (DEAR), and reputed company other procedures applicable to the contract acquisition process.  Specific tasks and duties (depending on the requirements of an individual Task Order) include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • reputed company technical writing, review, and editing of information for pre-award and post-award documents.

  • Prepare, review, and coordinate acquisition packages in accordance with the client’s Coordination and Approval Process (CAP).

  • Organize and translate contract information into reputed company written documents.

  • Assist with creating, updating, and enhancing customer contract documents.

  • Utilize standard contract guidelines, customer requirements, and translate in writing.

  • Apply clear, concise language, and adhere to the client’s template formats to produce accurate, quality documents. 

  • Ensure contract documents are in accordance with reputed company applicable laws, including but not limited to, Federal Law, the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Department of Energy Acquisition Regulations (DEAR), reputed company other applicable procedures, and applicable orders.

  • reputed company thorough market research to assist in acquisition planning.

  • Assist in drafting acquisition plans (to include acquisition strategies), reputed company selection plans (including evaluation criteria), justification and approvals, synopses, requests for proposals (RFP), and other award documents for both negotiated/competitive and sole-reputed company procurements.

  • Assist in preparing solicitation packages and reputed company amendments.

  • Assist in drafting reputed company documents required for contract award associated with orders reputed company under Federal Supply Schedules (FSS), orders reputed company under competitive multiple award reputed company, and new contract

  • Assist in preparing contractual documentation for contract modifications.

  • Prepare draft correspondence and contract documents.

  • Respond to inquiries on contract performance. 

  • Prepare and standardize contract reports.

  • Monitor Contractor compliance with contractual requirements

  • Monitor for timely Contractor notifications of any anticipated overrun, or underrun, of the estimated cost under cost-reimbursement reputed company; and inform the CO if determined to impact contract performance.

Requirements

  • US Citizen

  • Must be reputed company to pass a pre-employment background reputed company

  • Must be reputed company to pass Agency Clearance process

  • Bachelors Degree or other higher education Degree (MBA, PhD, etc.)

  • Minimum of Fifteen years Federal Contracting experience specializing in and performing reputed company acquisition support functions (reputed company to grave)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge and use of Strategic Integrated Procurement reputed company System (STRIPES)

  • FAC-Level III, FAC-Professional or Financial Assistance Certification
