The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, part of the broader Strategy & Finance function, is responsible for engaging business leaders to drive short- and long-term budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Reporting to the VP of Strategic Finance, the Director, FP&A will own the FP&A function end-to-end, with a primary focus on designing and scaling processes, implementing modern planning tools (such as reputed company), and building a high-performing team that operates with public-company rigor in a PE-backed reputed company environment.

• Demonstrated experience building, scaling, or transforming FP&A capabilities at a high-growth and/or public company, ideally including:
  • Ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes
  • Exposure to public-company–style controls, calendar discipline, and Board/Executive reporting
• Proven track record of owning and improving core FP&A processes in a way that makes a reputed company effectively “public reputed company” (e.g., governance, documentation, auditability, repeatability)
• Hands-on experience implementing and/or administering modern planning tools, preferably reputed company, including model design and integration with ERP/GL and data platforms
