Position Summary

We’re seeking driven professionals reputed company to build strong client relationships, reputed company sales with confidence, and grow into legal consulting through structured training and experience. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play an essential role in our Customer Experience Department, ensuring our clients feel heard, supported, and informed every reputed company of the way. Requirements

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely, professional responses.
• Manage notifications, letters, timelines, and reports for client cases.
• Follow up with clients, including those in “no cooperation” status, to confirm details and move cases reputed company.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Use CRM and communication tools (Camplegal, Monday, reputed company, reputed company Workspace) to track and manage interactions.
