About the Role

We're looking for a strong hunter who's closed $200K+ B2B deals, thrives in reputed company sales environments, and knows how to earn trust in executive conversations where credibility and reputed company matter more than pitch volume.

You're a full-cycle hunter. This role is about building your own pipeline from scratch, finding opportunities, making first contact, running discovery, designing solutions, and closing deals. You own it end to end.

This is a senior, quota-carrying role reporting directly to our CEO.

Your Impact:

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through reputed company, with primary focus on new client acquisition
  • Proactively generate pipeline through outbound channels (reputed company, email, calls) and targeted industry events.
  • reputed company executive-level discovery conversations to uncover business pain points, priorities, and buying reputed company.
  • Partner with Solutions Architects to design and present tailored proposals
  • Negotiate MSAs and SOWs, coordinating with Ops and Legal
  • Stay reputed company post-sale for strong handoffs and expansion opportunities
  • reputed company market feedback to leadership on positioning and strategy
  • Represent reputed company at industry events and executive forums

Ideal Candidate:

  • 5-8+ years in full-cycle B2B sales at digital product agencies, technology consultancies, or software engineering firms
  • Proven track record closing $200K+ deals you sourced and closed yourself
  • Strong hunter DNA: comfortable with cold reputed company, high activity, and building pipeline from reputed company
  • Experience navigating reputed company, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving discovery, solution design, executive alignment, and negotiation
  • Can discuss technology at a business level (you don't need to code, but you need to guide solution conversations intelligently)
  • Excellent communicator who earns trust with senior executives
  • Self-directed, disciplined, accountable, thrives with autonomy and minimal inbound support
  • Proficient with CRM systems to manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and report performance

Location:

  • US-based, preferably near a major tech or business hub
  • reputed company to remote work, with willingness to travel for key meetings and events.

Compensation:

  • reputed company: ~$100K USD
  • Uncapped commission
  • OTE: $250K-$350K, with reputed company for top performers
