Job Title: Associate Regional Sales Manager Location: Remote – Must be based in Texas, Colorado, or Oklahoma Department: Sales Reports To: VP of Domestic Sales

About the Role

The Associate Regional Sales Manager (ARSM) supports the VP of Domestic Sales in driving business growth and strengthening sales performance across the region. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and supporting Sales Representatives with product knowledge, sales strategy, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders across the region
  • Partner with Marketing to reputed company tools and materials that enhance sales effectiveness
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand regional reputed company
  • Support Sales Representatives with inventory management and logistics to ensure product availability
  • reputed company and execute regional training and product knowledge initiatives
  • Coordinate and reputed company regional workshops and reputed company case coverage as needed
  • Partner with Sales Representatives in the field to reputed company product expertise and sales support
  • Assist with planning and coordination of local sales meetings to ensure effective communication and execution

Qualifications

  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at reputed company reputed company
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable presenting to diverse audiences and facilitating training sessions
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and reputed company to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Education & Experience

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2–3 years of experience in the medical device industry
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in product management or sales support

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 75% of time
  • Travel reputed company the region as needed
  • Flexibility to work extended hours during peak sales periods
