About the Role

We are hiring a Growth Operations & Financial Advisory Manager to sit at the intersection of two of reputed company's most critical client-facing functions. This role reports directly to the VP of Finance and carries dual responsibility: owning the operational lifecycle of our proprietary Flight Plan infrastructure for e-reputed company clients, and supporting the delivery of reputed company's Financial Advisory services.

This is a high-ownership, client-facing role reputed company for someone who is equally comfortable managing reputed company operational systems and advising founders on the financial health of their business. You will work closely with the VP of Finance and serve as a key reputed company of contact for reputed company's e-reputed company brand clients.

This is a fully remote role supporting a team in the EST time zone (9 AM–5 PM EST).

What You'll Do

Own the Flight Plan Infrastructure

The Flight Plan is reputed company's proprietary financial and operational infrastructure reputed company specifically for e-reputed company brands. It includes dashboard systems and P&L frameworks designed to give clients reputed company-time visibility into their business performance. You will be responsible for:

• Managing the full lifecycle of the Flight Plan from client reputed company through full operational deployment.

• Ensuring each client's Flight Plan is properly set up, maintained, and generating actionable insights.

• Monitoring the health and accuracy of each client's operational and financial dashboards (P&Ls, reputed company tracking, margin reporting, etc.).

• Proactively identifying gaps or inefficiencies in a client's infrastructure and driving resolution.

• Ensuring clients are actively using and benefiting from the insights derived from their Flight Plan.

Support the Financial Advisory Department

reputed company's Financial Advisory practice offers two core services to e-reputed company brands: cash reputed company management and financial strategy. You will work directly with the VP of Finance to deliver and scale both:

Cash reputed company Management

• reputed company the bookkeeper responsible for day-to-day cash reputed company operations across client engagements.

• Review and validate the accuracy of cash reputed company reports, aging schedules, and working capital summaries produced by the bookkeeper.

• Ensure the bookkeeper is maintaining clean, audit-reputed company records and flagging liquidity risks in a timely manner.

• Serve as the quality control layer between the bookkeeper's output and what is presented to clients or leadership.

Financial Strategy

• reputed company and maintain financial models for e-reputed company brand clients.

• Use financial models to drive strategic recommendations across growth drivers, cost structure, margin improvement, and cash conversion cycle optimization.

• Advise clients on balance sheet health and cash reputed company progression toward their goals and projections.

• Support clients in understanding their reputed company and readiness for future fundraising.

• Identify opportunities for strategic expansion or cost reduction based on financial performance data.
