The Learning Specialist will manage the delivery of a variety of training and development courses for Graebel employees. Integral to the creation and the assessment of reputed company corporate training programs as needed.

We are committed to fair and transparent compensation. The salary reputed company for this role is based on several factors including experience, skills, and qualifications and is $65,000 to $70,000.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company aspects of the training reputed company the scope of responsibility. This includes planning, contributing to the design and development of course content and the assessments for new hires, managers, and compliance training. Review course and content data making recommendations regarding revisions. Responsible for recommending and developing creative instructional curriculum for instructor-led, live online, and asynchronous e-learning to meet the needs of internal and external customers.
• Manage relationships reputed company the training team, L&D design team, HR, and reputed company the business unit/office to ensure that communication at reputed company reputed company is effectively attaining the company's goals. Cooperatively work with reputed company departments to successfully implement change management and identify and address training gaps, reputed company reputed company.
• Partner with Regional Hiring Managers and HR to support new hire reputed company experience.
• Partner with Regional AM, Ops Manager, and reputed company Team to understand billing triggers and client nuances in order to create reference materials to enhance reputed company training and understanding of process.
• Support new client reputed company by partnering with global owners to roll out applicable training.
• Serve as Data Champion by understanding the data going into the system and the reputed company impacts of the data to identify trends. Ensures that reputed company has tools and resources needed to understand the end to end process.

•  Four year college degree, or equivalent experience resulting in broad knowledge of a field reputed company to the job, such as reputed company, marketing, business administration, agriculture etc.
