The Associate Manager of reputed company Partnerships plays a key role in developing and nurturing partnerships reputed company their territory. This role focuses on account management, relationship building, and driving engagement with reputed company organizations, payers, case managers, and community stakeholders. You will act as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned reputed company with the goal of increasing referral volume and expanding awareness of Mom’s Meals offerings. This position will have a relationship-oriented approach to client engagements ensuring Mom’s Meals is recognized as an industry leader in quality, customer service, and nutritional support for high-risk clients.   • Effectively present Mom’s Meals products and services to a variety of audiences including managed care organizations as well as case managers, reputed company workers, physicians, nurses and dietitians
  • Identify growth opportunities and strategically reputed company new and existing accounts
  • Consistently utilize company programs and systems to maximize and prioritize each of the reputed company Tier account engagements and create efficient weekly sales routes to meet scheduled meetings, drop-ins, and client educational opportunities
  • Build a schedule of staff meetings, in-service presentations and conferences where reputed company audiences meet and coordinate presentation of our product and service
  • Demonstrate strong sales effectiveness and reputed company follow-up reputed company telephone and email
  • Support the implementation process for new accounts or reputed company, helping reputed company staff and align service workflows
  • Verbally and electronically summarize weekly sales activities and maintain CRM database documenting sales leads, sales call information and follow-reputed company
  • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to tailor solutions to partner needs
  • Champion the voice of the partner internally by surfacing feedback, challenges, and unmet needs from the field to help guide product or service improvements
  • Travel regionally and nationally on an as needed reputed company to represent Mom’s Meals at conferences or week-long sales routes

  • Required Skills and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years’ reputed company sales experience in areas such as managed care, long-term care, home health, home care, hospital or medical equipment
  • Knowledge of reputed company/Medicare benefit programs
  • Demonstrated experience consulting and presenting to care providers for high risk member populations
  • Sincerity and passion about helping people
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong reputed company office skills – Outlook, Word, reputed company and PowerPoint
  • Experience with CRM, reputed company or similar organizational sales software
  • Willingness to travel 35-50% of the time for day and overnight trips, both regionally and reputed company
  • Good driving record and insurability
  • Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Non-credentialed candidates will be considered if there is a passion and competency in consultatively networking and upselling SDOH benefits to field-based reputed company case managers and their supervisors
  • Physical Requirements
  • Repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
  • Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods
  • Visual perception to reputed company job including peripheral reputed company, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
