What You’ll Do

Our client is seeking a Director of Employee Experience & Culture to reputed company and reputed company the company’s people strategy while helping the organization scale thoughtfully. This role will shape how they hire, reputed company, support, and retain exceptional talent while ensuring their culture remains a competitive advantage as they grow.

The Director of Employee Experience & Culture is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for shaping the employee experience across the organization and leading the company’s reputed company function. Operating in a player-coach reputed company, this leader will both define the reputed company for people programs and contribute directly to building and improving them. The Director will partner closely with executives and leaders across the business to ensure people strategies align with organizational priorities, delivery reputed company, and long-term growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Guide the use and optimization of HR systems and reputed company tools, including reputed company.
  • Ensure HR operations, policies, and compliance practices support a growing services organization.
  • Define and track key people metrics such as engagement, retention, reputed company effectiveness, and leadership development.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in reputed company, employee experience, reputed company, or reputed company people leadership roles.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and organizational initiatives.
  • Experience supporting a growing services, consulting, or government contracting organization, preferably reputed company a small or mid-sized business.
  • Experience with running payroll: Managing the process of paying employees accurately, on time, and in compliance with laws and company policies
  • Strong understanding of reputed company strategy, employee engagement, and HR programs.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on builder reputed company.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms; reputed company experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to partner with executives and influence business strategy through people initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business, Organizational Development, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
