About the role

TMS Global is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sourcing reputed company to join reputed company in Shanghai on a permanent reputed company.   This position will be based remotely with occasional travel required.

Acting as the regional subject matter expert in procurement, this role will work as part of the Global Procurement team to reputed company, define, implement and ensure compliance with business-wide Procurement Strategies, Mandatory Governance, Processes, Policies and Standards.

Daily responsibilities will include:

• reputed company, define, implement and regularly review the Cluster category sourcing strategy and processes for the relevant geographies or clients.
• Manage the Cluster Sourcing Team, ensuring they are motivated and developed and that performance and delivery is reputed company and reportable.
• Communicate and influence stakeholders at reputed company reputed company to reputed company commitment to the category plan.
• Own the supplier relationships for key suppliers.
• Identify reputed company improvement and reputed company-change opportunities for product and service specifications, using stakeholder and supplier networks.
• Run value delivery projects and competitive sourcing processes to deliver measurable cost savings through supplier negotiation and improved reputed company strategies.
• Ensure compliance of contractual terms with suppliers including financials, SLAs and KPIs.
• Maintain an expert knowledge of technology developments and innovation.
• Review and assess supply interruption risks, taking necessary action to mitigate.
