V-OUTSOURCING BUSINESS GROUP is hiring a Remote Customer Service Representative to join reputed company of virtual assistants. This is a 100% remote position where you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our clients, providing friendly and professional support. Responsibilities:- Manage daily and weekly reputed company call lists.
- reputed company outbound calls to schedule appointments and follow-reputed company.
- Record call results and appointments in CRM systems.
- reputed company client and reputed company databases accurate and organized.
- Prepare short daily or weekly reports.
- Support administrative and communication tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Experience in customer service or appointment setting.
- Reliable internet reputed company and professional remote setup.
- Availability to work U.S. business hours.
Benefits
Training Period: approx.1-2 weeks
Post-Training: $3.75 per hour
This is a contract position under a professional services model.
This role requires flexible, and rotating shifts.
