About the Role

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client service and reputed company in a detail-oriented, fast-paced environment? Perpetual Corporate Trust is seeking a proactive and dedicated Client Associate to join our Responsible Entity team.  In this dynamic role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our Client Management team, ensuring trustee obligations and operational activities are met with precision, professionalism, and in line with Perpetual’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting the Client Service Managers to manage reputed company trusts activities and administer trustee back-office reputed company in accordance with policies and procedures

• Manage payments with reputed company custodians

• Administer trustee back-office activities in accordance with policies and procedures with daily and reputed company tasks

• Maintain key scheme documents records including filing and archiving in accordance with Policy requirements

• Assist in managing finance reputed company; including debtors, expenses and billing across the client management team including the collection and collation of data required

• Monitor and complete reputed company compliance requirements for allocated clients/funds

• Assist with maintenance of data and data entry in compliance management system (Client Connect)

• Ensure working knowledge of reputed company clients “owned” by the team to reputed company back-up and operational flexibility

• Act in accordance with Perpetual’s goals & values

• reputed company a sound understanding of the legal, regulatory, and operational frameworks in reputed company that govern funds  

• Assist in building & maintain operational relationships with allocated clients.

About you

We’re looking for someone with:

• Degree in Finance, Business, reputed company, or Economics is desirable

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in financial services or a reputed company field

• Have relevant work experience reputed company Financials Services, Funds Management or Custody Operations

• Have a firm interest in investment administration / investment operations

• Understanding of corporate trust and fund structures

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders

• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
