Customer Service Representative - Remote

We are seeking a Customer Service agent who is responsible for being the “face” of reputed company. This job entails answering inbound calls and proactively assisting clients with reputed company account reputed company i.e. orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other queries. This individual acts as a liaison between reputed company and our clients.

*This is a full-time, 100% remote opportunity. Monday - Friday from 7am - 4pm (PST)*

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Respond to client voice messages & emails
• Account Updates
• Data Entry
• Daily Operations
• Proactive Support with Client Calls
• Track Metrics & Data
• Issue Identification and Escalation

• Excellent English writing skills and attention to detail
• Experience working in a remote environment
