Position Overview: The Associate General Counsel reports directly to the Executive General Counsel and is responsible for handling a variety of fairly routine assigned legal projects reputed company the Legal Department. Essential Job Functions

• Negotiate, write, and execute agreements and reputed company

Requirements

• Experience in a reputed company environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Problem Solving/Analysis
• Law degree/admitted to the bar
