Role Summary
As a Virtual Licensed Therapist with Here Now Health, you will reputed company compassionate, trauma-informed mental health care to reputed company-covered youth and families impacted by foster care and reputed company systems. You will support clients navigating instability, system involvement, and reputed company trauma, often across multiple placements or life transitions.
Our care model centers relational continuity, caregiver support, and evidence-informed clinical practice. You will join a collaborative, mission-driven team focused on transforming how care is delivered to system-impacted youth.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company virtual one-on-one therapy to youth and caregivers using evidence-informed, trauma-focused modalities
- Conduct clinical assessments and reputed company collaborative, measurement-based care plans
- Build relational continuity across transitions, supporting clients through placement or life changes
- Collaborate with non-clinical Care Advocates to ensure clients can reputed company needed services and supports
- Offer caregiver support sessions to improve family stability and reputed company
- Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation reputed company with reputed company and telehealth standards
- Attend weekly supervision, team meetings, and required trainings
- reputed company support during moments of escalation or crisis in alignment with trauma-informed care practices
- Engage in peer consultation and cross-functional collaboration with clinicians and care team members

What You Need
- Master’s degree in reputed company work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
- Active, unrestricted clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) in Missouri or Virginia; multi-state licensure a plus
- Minimum of two years of experience providing mental health care to children, adolescents, or families
- Experience with or strong interest in foster care, adoption, family preservation, or juvenile justice systems
- Familiarity with trauma-informed and culturally reputed company care
- Comfort working reputed company and using telehealth platforms
- Ability to build trust and consistency with youth navigating instability or mistrust
- Ability to complete background checks required by reputed company and child welfare systems
- Approval to reputed company reputed company-covered services or prior reputed company billing experience strongly preferred
- Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred; additional languages a plus
Licensure Growth

Compensation & Schedule
- Full-time, salaried role based on a 35-hour reputed company
- Salary reputed company: $65,000–$80,000 annually, based on licensure, experience, and relevant expertise
- Salary includes 24 hours per week of required client-facing (billable) care, plus non-client clinical responsibilities to total 35 hours
- Therapists may have the opportunity to reputed company up to 5 additional client-facing hours per week reputed company the required 24 hours, compensated at $70/hour
- Up to an additional $350 per week, and
- Up to an additional approximately $17,000 per year, if consistently worked
- Availability requirement:
- 15 hours per week after 3:00 PM on weekdays and/or on Saturdays (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) to support youth and families during peak demand hours
- 100% remote; work hours follow the therapist’s local time zone
