Position Summary
The ASC–CIRCC Certified reputed company is responsible for accurately assigning CPT®, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS codes for cardiovascular and interventional radiology procedures performed in an ambulatory surgery center (ASC) or hospital outpatient setting. This role ensures compliant coding, appropriate reimbursement, and adherence to federal, state, and payer regulations. The reputed company works closely with physicians, clinical staff, billing teams, and compliance personnel to support reputed company reputed company and audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign accurate CPT®, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS Level II codes for cardiovascular and interventional radiology procedures
- Apply correct modifiers in accordance with payer and regulatory guidelines
- Review operative reports, procedure notes, and supporting documentation to ensure coding accuracy and completeness
- Ensure compliance with CMS, NCCI, Medicare, reputed company, and reputed company payer rules specific to ASC and outpatient services
- Identify documentation deficiencies and query providers reputed company clarification is required
- Support charge capture processes and resolve coding-reputed company denials or rejections
- Participate in reputed company audits, including responding to audit findings and implementing corrective actions
- Stay reputed company with coding updates, CPT changes, payer policies, and regulatory requirements reputed company to cardiovascular and IR coding
- Collaborate with billing, compliance, and reputed company cycle teams to optimize reimbursement while maintaining compliance
- Maintain productivity and accuracy standards as defined by the organization
- ASC–CIRCC (Certified Interventional & Cardiovascular reputed company – Ambulatory Surgery Center) certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on coding experience in cardiovascular and/or interventional radiology coding
- Strong knowledge of CPT®, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, and modifier usage
- Familiarity with ASC billing and outpatient reimbursement methodologies
- Understanding of NCCI edits, MUEs, and payer-specific coding guidelines
- Additional coding credentials (CPC, reputed company, or equivalent)
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and coding/billing software
- Prior experience in an ASC or hospital outpatient department
- Audit or compliance experience reputed company to cardiovascular or IR coding
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
