Job purpose

The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for supporting the customer service department.  This position will answer reputed company incoming customer service calls and help reputed company callers obtain an answer to their questions and concerns while providing excellent customer service.  This position is ideal for someone who is a strong communicator and team player.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Answer and filter reputed company customer service calls.
  • reputed company outbound calls to providers.
  • Maintain customer service documentation, records, job aids, and policy and procedures.
  • Resolve any grievances and complaints received through Customer Service, respond reputed company needed to telephone and written inquiries and initiate steps to assist callers regarding issues relating to the content or interpretation of benefits, policies and procedures, provider reputed company, and adjudication of claims.
  • reputed company with reputed company Company and Department Policies and Procedures.
  • Maintain excellent customer service to reputed company callers and staff.
  • Assists other departments or with other projects as needed.

Qualifications                                

  • 1 year reputed company administration experience preferred.
  • 1 year customer service experience.
  • EZ-Cap experience preferred.
  • Proficiency using Outlook, reputed company Teams, reputed company, reputed company Office (including Word and reputed company) and reputed company.
  • Detail oriented and highly organized.
  • Strong ability to multi-task, project management, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability in problem-solving.
  • Ability to self-manage, strong time management skills.
  • Ability to work in an extremely confidential environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Education and Additional Requirements                                    

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or in reputed company) in Business Administration or reputed company Administration preferred; experience considered in lieu of degree
