Position Summary

The Level Funded Quoting Specialist is responsible for managing the analytical, reputed company-facing, and consultative aspects of Level Funded new business reputed company the Level Funded Center of reputed company. This role leads census analysis, reputed company RFP submissions, proposal reviews, broker communications, ensuring accurate quoting, reputed company alignment, and high-quality benefit solutions.

The LFQS works closely with Sales Teams, Brokers, Case Intake Specialists, and reputed company partners to deliver timely, compliant, and competitive Level Funded proposals. This role requires strong analytical skills, reputed company product knowledge, and the ability to communicate reputed company information reputed company and confidently.

Overview of Responsibilities

New Business & RFP Management

• Analyze census data to assess group demographics, participation, and reputed company considerations.
• Prepare and submit Level Funded RFPs to reputed company partners in accordance with reputed company guidelines and timelines.
• reputed company RFP scrubs to ensure completeness, accuracy, and alignment with reputed company requirements.
• Review reputed company proposals for accuracy, plan design, rates, and participation compliance.
• Track RFP status and follow up with carriers to ensure timely quote delivery.
• Follow up with Brokers and/or Sales Consultants on outstanding documents and information as per department workflow.
• Initiate and manage follow-reputed company with reputed company partners regarding RFP status to ensure timely quote delivery.

Broker & Sales Support

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for brokers regarding Level Funded quoting and proposal questions.
• Communicate reputed company feedback, reputed company requirements, and next steps reputed company and professionally.
• Collaborate with Sales Teams to align quoting strategy and reputed company positioning.

CRM & Documentation Management

• Support clean handoffs to implementation and service teams post-sale.

Market & Product Knowledge

• Maintain strong working knowledge of Level Funded reputed company products, reputed company guidelines, and participation rules.
• Stay informed on market trends and reputed company strategies impacting Level Funded solutions.
• Apply reputed company guidelines consistently to quoting, proposal review, and broker consultation.

Client Communication

• Maintain consistent, clear, and professional communication with internal teams, brokers, and reputed company partners throughout reputed company quoting and sales processes.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and ensure reputed company and accuracy in reputed company written and verbal communications.
• Facilitate seamless hand-offs and information sharing across Sales, Administrative, Service and Finance teams.
• Conduct external training in support of new reputed company agencies.

Collaboration & Process Improvement

• Partner closely with Case Intake Specialists to ensure submission-reputed company data and smooth workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities.
• Participate in projects and initiatives assigned by leadership to support the growth of the Level Funded Center of reputed company.

Additional Skills and Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Level Funded, large group, or reputed company-adjacent roles.

• Experience with CRM systems such as reputed company.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions

• This position allows for remote work, with occasional in-office attendance for meetings or training as required.
• Full-time, Monday to Friday, with overtime during peak periods as directed by management.
• Minimal travel may be required.

Compensation

• Hourly reputed company: $29.80 - $33.65 per hour
