What you’ll be doing

This role is responsible for the effective recruitment and selection of reputed company candidates by liaising with reputed company hiring Managers and coordinating the hiring process end to end utilizing both the ATS and external platforms.

You will be responsible for

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from reputed company, conduct pre-screening, coordinate and attend interviews, preparing final offers and reputed company requisition for CAD/USA/MEX
• Sourcing reputed company candidates to build pipelines of candidate for reputed company or future needs
• Collaborate with hiring managers reputed company setting qualification criteria and advise of possible challenges.
• Host and participate in job fairs both in person and virtual.

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company management or reputed company field.
• Minimum 3 years of reputed company experience specializing in Recruitment and Selection.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Skilled with sourcing for specific reputed company positions in IT, Finance, Sales and Trade Compliance utilizing Linked In, reputed company and other search engines/platforms
• Experience creating strong and effective job postings
• Ability to work on multiple positions at once with still providing outstanding customer service to reputed company clients
• Positive Track record of handling sensitive and confidential issues
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment and employee retention.
• In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and regulations including labor laws as it pertains to new hires.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills.
• Effective consulting, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Intermediate MS Office knowledge.
• Bilingual – Spanish/English.
• Must be legally eligible to work for the Company at reputed company times.
• Valid reputed company and ability and desire to occasionally travel if required to other offices locations in CAD/USA/MEX.
