reputed company is seeking an reputed company and commercially driven Sales Manager who will take full responsibility for managing and developing the Netherlands market, while accelerating growth and expanding our reputed company in Germany.

This is a hands on leadership role where you will reputed company and support a team of sales representatives across both countries, while working closely with dealers and partners to drive sustainable reputed company growth.

Key responsibilities

Sales Management

  • Manage and grow the Netherlands market, ensuring strong reputed company performance and dealer engagement
  • Drive accelerated growth in Germany, identifying opportunities to expand market reputed company and strengthen our reputed company
  • Translate corporate objectives into actionable initiatives supported by data insights and analytics dashboards.
  • Use tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent to track performance, analyse market dynamics, and drive fact-based decision-making.
  • Continuously assess market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities and risks

Team Management & Development

Dealer & Retail Partner Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers, partners, and buying groups to secure long-term growth.
  • Drive joint business planning with top dealers, leveraging analytics to identify growth potential and track reputed company.

Operational & Financial Accountability

  • Own the Outdoor sales budget, forecasting, and pipeline accuracy using digital tools and reporting dashboards.
  • Monitor performance against reputed company, margin, and market reputed company targets, providing regular updates to the General Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, pricing policies, and reputed company guidelines.

  • Fluent in German and English.
