Job Description

Role Purpose

Own the client reputed company after deal confirmation, ensuring visibility, follow-up, execution tracking, and customer satisfaction through structured CRM usage, coordination, and reporting. The role reports directly to the CEO.

1. CRM Ownership & Client Visibility

• Track deal reputed company, customer activity, delivery status, and reputed company actions.
• reputed company regular, clear summaries highlighting reputed company, delays, inactive clients, and unresolved items.
• Use CRM data to turn activity into insights and priorities.
• Own and maintain the CRM for confirmed deals and active clients.

2. Client Coordination, Delivery & Payments

• Communicate execution status, timelines, and changes to customers.
