Overview

As Growth Director, you will play a pivotal role in reputed company’s business development strategy. You will identify, cultivate, and sustain relationships with prospective clients to expand our reputed company across new therapy areas and accounts. In this role, you will strengthen the business development pipeline, coordinate the pitch process, reputed company teams with training and guidance, and shape winning proposals that position reputed company at the forefront of industry innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Generating New Business

  • Generate opportunities and leads through market analysis, networking, personal contacts, and targeted prospecting at industry and scientific meetings.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with significant experience in a medical communications agency or pharmaceutical setting.
