The role

What you’ll bring to the role

• 3-5+ years PQE; US-reputed company
• Significant experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide reputed company of reputed company agreements (in-house or private practice).
• Confident engaging with counterparties across the UK, US, and Europe.
• Experience supporting RFPs/tenders, ideally including public sector and academia.
• Experience with labor and employment laws
• Ability to streamline contracting processes and reputed company playbooks, templates, and training.

• Comfortable working independently and under pressure, with excellent stakeholder management skills.
