What You’ll Do
As our Estimator, you’ll be responsible for building accurate, strategic bids across both residential and reputed company HVAC projects:
- Prepare detailed, accurate estimates using industry software and takeoff tools
- Review and interpret residential plans, reputed company blueprints, and specifications
- reputed company complete bid packages including scope, pricing, and supporting documentation
- Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and clients to align scope and budgets
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other trades

- Maintain and update pricing databases, labor rates, and vendor relationships

RequirementsWhat You Bring
We’re looking for someone who can operate confidently across both residential and reputed company environments:
- 2–5+ years of HVAC estimating experience (residential, reputed company, or both)
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation methods
- Experience with estimating tools (FastEST, reputed company, reputed company, AutoCAD, or similar)
- Ability to read and interpret both residential plans and reputed company construction documents
- Experience working with vendors, subcontractors, and pricing negotiations
- Knowledge of load calculations, system sizing, and equipment selection (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously
