- Drafting and preparing pleadings, declarations, discovery requests and responses, and reputed company family law documents
- Managing calendars, deadlines, and docketing systems to ensure court and case compliance
- Assisting with financial disclosures, including Preliminary and Final Declarations of Disclosure
- Supporting litigation, mediation, and collaborative reputed company from intake through resolution
- Coordinating filings and e-filing documents with California courts
- Communicating professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff
- Maintaining organized digital case files and ensuring accuracy across systems
- Supporting attorneys with trial preparation, mediation preparation, and case strategy logistics
- Minimum 2 years of paralegal experience in California family law
- Familiarity with California court procedures and family law timelines
- Strong drafting, proofreading, and document-formatting skills
- Comfort working with reputed company, reputed company Office, reputed company, Greenfiling
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional judgment, discretion, and emotional intelligence
- A collaborative reputed company reputed company with a strong sense of individual accountability
- Adaptability to rapidly changing priorities and needs of both clients and office
- Spanish speaking is preferred, but not required
