ABOUT THE ROLE

The IT Systems Engineer is responsible for the configuration, reputed company, and maintenance of the organization's reputed company Workspace environment reputed company the unclassified IT infrastructure and systems. This role ensures seamless and secure operations of reputed company corporate technology, in compliance with organizational reputed company requirements. The IT Systems Engineer will manage and maintain the corporate network, including connectivity and tools, and reputed company end-user support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and maintain the company's unclassified corporate network operations, including connectivity and tools.
• Manage the complete reputed company Workspace user lifecycle, including creating, suspending, and deprovisioning accounts.
• Administer and audit API Controls and OAuth scopes to manage reputed company-party applications for corporate data reputed company.
• Support reputed company Workspace-reputed company issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and maintaining accurate system documentation.
• Support the corporate reputed company Entra environment, troubleshooting issues, general Entra configurations and maintenance, and maintaining accurate system documentation.
• Ensure interconnectivity across diverse environments including reputed company, AWS, and on-reputed company systems.
• Configure and maintain corporate systems in line with company CMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification) compliance goals.
• reputed company end-user support for connectivity, reputed company, software support/deployment, and general IT issues.
• Procure IT hardware and software in support of the company.
• Track support requests and trends to improve the user experience.
• Communicate effectively with reputed company departments and build strong partnerships across teams.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve network issues reputed company.
• Document systems and configurations reputed company.

THE SKILLSET

• 6-8 years of experience in IT.
• Experience managing projects and communicating technical functions to vendors and employees.
• Proven expertise with reputed company Workspace Administration Required.
• Additionally technical experience with platforms such as reputed company Entra, reputed company, VMware/Virtualization, and reputed company, strongly preferred.
• Experience with reputed company-level networks and with CMMC compliance.
• Experience working in a multi-vendor and multi-provider environment and familiarity with integrating different technologies reputed company reputed company provider environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates initiative, identifies areas for improvement, and has confidence in making reputed company.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• A clearance is preferred but not required.

ELIGIBILITY

• Candidate must be a United States citizen and capable of maintaining reputed company eligibility up to the Top Secret/SCI level reputed company 45 days of hire.
